The Service of the week feature special services offered by our own teams. House Keeping, Maintenance services, Painting, Packing & Moving, Repairing Home Appliances etc., are some of
the services our teams have earned a name for. Service Square has its own Maintenance and House Keeping team comprising of carpenters, electricians and plumbers.

Maintenance jobs done on the same day

The response to last week’s announcement was overwhelming. We think the news of jobs done on the same day is too good to remove after just one week of publicity. So, we are repeating the message, and adding another part of maintenance service – Carpentry Services – as Service of The Week.

A fortnight back, we were woken out of our comfort zone by one of our customers. He wrote to us a very crisp letter questioning our commitment. What we are introducing now is a big step for our maintenance division and it all started with the following letter from Subash.

“I have an emergency right now, my electric motor is not functioning. I need some one to attend to it, now.

Give me one reason why I would like to have a relationship with your organization if it does not have the wherewithal to address my emergency need. I wish my Motor was sophisticated enough to give me a days notice that it is going to conk.”

After getting this letter, we felt frustrated first. Next, we sat up and realized what our customer said made a lot of sense. So, we restructured our maintenance department quite a bit. We recruited a few more people and appointed a new supervisor to oversee all jobs. So, we are now ready for Subash and you.
