Frolic In Snow In Manali

Surrounded by towering peaks, Manali is a picture-perfect hill resort set amidst pine-clad mountains. It is a popular honeymoon destination and trails for numerous treks as well as a great countryside for adventure sports such as river rafting, trekking, paragliding, mountaineering etc. The river Beas rushes along its rocky course amidst grassy meadows carpeted with wild flowers. Its main’s attraction is the 450 years old temple dedicated to Hadimba Devi, Manu Temple, a famous gurudwara and a Tibetan Monastery. Just outside Manali is the picturesque village of Vahisht known for hot Sulphur.

Tour Programme

Day 01: Arrival in Manali, Pick up from the bus station followed by transfer to hotel. Evening hours can be productively used to explore the market place. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 02: Morning after breakfast go on a full day visit of Rothang. This is a snow capped mountain, where you can play with snow and enjoy the glaciers & peaks fully covered with snow. In the evening drive back to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 03: In the morning after breakfast visit Hadimba Devi temple, Vashist hot water springs and temple followed by Solang Valley. You can see the views of glaciers and snow capped mountains and paragliding is possible here. Over night at the hotel.

Day 04: In the morning after breakfast check out from the hotel followed by transfer to the railway station.

Given below is a description of the place and the activities one can enjoy at Adventure Zone.

The Adventure campsite is roughly a 45-minute drive from Mahabalipuram, towards Pondicherry. It is an attractive and fully integrated outdoor training site located on 5 acres of landscaped area in the heart of the countryside. The shade and the breeze keep it cool enough to run camps here the year round.

Adventure Zone, has introduced Chennai to a whole range of adrenaline sports – parasailing, rappelling, rock-climbing, camping or scuba diving. Doing these activities, you get a taste of life on the thrill side.

The company is run by a former army commando instructor with specialised training and over 20 years experience in adventure sports. He is a perfectionist and is dedicated to providing the best value for money. Adventure Zone adheres to stringent safety norms, ensuring a 100% safety record.

Tour Itinerary:

• Departure from Chennai 7.00 am from any convenient place.
• Arrival at Adventure Zone at 9.00 am and Break fast
• Activities start around 9.30 am

The following 3 adventure activities will be conducted during the camp

• Rappelling
• Rock-Climbing(Optional)
• Air Rifle and Air pistol Shooting

For Other activities like parasailing, obstacle course, camping, and scuba diving and Jeep ride, charges will be extra.

Food provided:

• Tea/Coffee: Around 11.30 am
• Lunch: Around 1.30 pm

Start return journey at 5.30 pm from Adventure Zone.
